Linda Loof serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Relationships at Usio, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience across financial services, payments, strategic partnerships, and business development. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-value relationships with financial institutions, payment processors, card program managers, payment networks, and other strategic partners, helping organizations develop innovative solutions that support long-term growth.
Linda brings deep expertise across prepaid and card programs, electronic payments, merchant acquiring, program development, contract negotiations, relationship management, and P&L oversight. She has a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, build and scale lines of business, and lead payment solutions from strategy and development through implementation. Her leadership is grounded in a collaborative, partner-focused approach that aligns business objectives with innovative payment solutions while creating lasting value for clients and partners.
Before joining Usio, Linda held senior leadership positions with TransPecos Banks and Pathward Financial, formerly MetaBank, where she led strategic partnerships, business development, acquiring solutions, and partner services initiatives. Her extensive industry experience and ability to cultivate trusted relationships have made her a valued leader within the payments ecosystem.
Outside of her professional work, Linda is committed to supporting organizations addressing hunger and food insecurity. She actively supports Feeding South Dakota, her local food bank, the Backpack Program, and Mobile Loaves & Fishes.
