We develop and operate the full card issuing and processing stack, where you’ll contribute code to a robust system that processes a high volume of transactions and card orders per day. Our tech stack includes Azure, Golang, React, and MSSQL/MySQL.

Expectations
As a Back End Developer, you’ll help develop new microservices and migrate/redevelop existing APIs and services into microservices. You’ll collaborate with other Scrum team members to craft integrated & complete solutions for each Sprint within a small team environment.
Required Experience
· 2 years of experience as a cloud-native back end developer
· 1 year of experience with Microservices
· 1 year of experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
· 1 year of experience with a cloud provider (AWS, Google, Azure)
· 2 years of experience with one of the following: Go, C#, C/C++ or Java
· 2 years of experience with SQL
· 2 years of experience with Git
· Willing to learn Go (Golang)
Preferred Experience
· 1 year of experience with Go (Golang)
· 1 year of experience with Azure Automation, Google Cloud Functions or OpenFaas

The Compliance Associate will review, draft, and negotiate a broad array of commercial agreements with an emphasis on sales, technology, and marketing agreements, and advise on strategic partnerships, product, and business initiatives. Duties to include:
- Review, negotiate, and draft a broad array of commercial agreements, with an emphasis on sales, partnership, and marketing agreements
- Contract Management
- Help develop and lead the corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the organization’s business
- Work jointly with the Compliance Officer to manage integrity and contractual risks
- Maintain awareness and understanding of industry best practices regarding risk management to position Usio as a global leader
- Help develop and implement legal training for employees
- Coordinating and managing outside counsel

Technology
We develop and operate the full card issuing and processing stack, giving us a first-to-market advantage. Our cardholders enjoy several ways to manage their cards; via a cardholder web portal, as well as React Native iOS/Android apps. We are one of the first prepaid cards to offer contactless payments and the only to offer it for gift cards. We also offer an incentive and reward card product for businesses that offer real-time delivery using virtual card technology.

Expectations
As a Technical Support Associate, you’ll be responsible for assisting cardholders, business clients, and internal users with remediating issues they’re experiencing with our web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with customer service agents, engineers, and our operations team day-to-day to facilitate issues to closure. As part of fostering an excellent customer experience, you’ll triage tickets through our ticketing system and occasionally attend video calls to help diagnose more complex issues.
Required Experience
· 1 year of experience in a technical support role
